OUR PROGRAMS
G-LAB
The SSI G-Lab is a free flying orbital laboratory on orbit nearby, and not attached to, the International Space Station. This proximity allows for human tending of research animals with a relatively low fuel cost in that resupply craft from the Earth could visit the lab before or after ISS dockings.

EXOTIC PROPULSION
In 2013 The Space Studies Institute announced the start of the Exotic Propulsion Initiative, a daring and important project to explore and fund breakthrough propulsion opportunities at the very borderlands of physics.
