To define these sub-reports we identified various interconnected study tasks to be performed. These are presented in a logical flow chart in fig. III.3 and their main specifications are summarized in Table III.1. (A specification chart of each study task is presented at the end to this Part III, section III.4.) Not included are the "Public Acceptance Strategies and Communications Methodologies" and the "Socio-Economic practicability Analysis for European SPS", which are, of course, highly important to assess and achieve finally realistic conditions for any SPS development and implementation programme. Their study tasks should be started parallel with the other preliminary assessments as a basic condition (as argued in the first section of this Part III). But we feel, that they are not necessarily and reasonably interconnecting (and finishing) with those very early and narrow termed studies. Results or recommendations out of these two efforts should come into discussion first at the decision for a medium-term SPS study programme.
