Waivers The waiver of the ISPO or any Signatory of any right or of the failure to perform or breach by another, shall not be deemed a waiver of any other right or of any other breach or failure by said party. Notices Any notice, in order to be effective, shall be in writing and shall be deemed served if sent by registered mail, with return receipt requested, addressed to the attention of the President (if a corporation) or Director (if a governmental agency), at its principal office and address or at such other address as may be designated in writing. Applicability of Supervening Law and Severability of the Arbitration Clause This Arbitration Clause shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, provided, however, that if any provision of this clause shall contravene the laws of, or require the approval of any governmental authority or agency, the same shall be ineffective to the extent it is in contravention of such laws, or until such approval shall have been obtained, without invalidating the remaining provisions. Incorporation and Survivability This Arbitration Clause shall be incorporated in any contract or agreement to which the ISPO organization is a party, and shall survive any breach of such contract or agreement and shall be enforceable after any breach of said contract or agreement.
