DDT&E AND RECURRING COSTS o TOTAL DDT&E COSTS HAVE NOT BEEN DERIVED IN ANY DETAIL. ROUGH ESTIMATES RANGE FROM $30 TO $70 BILLION OVER 10- TO 20-YEAR PERIOD.
