Development of microwave high power diodes which have an excellent DC to RF conversion efficiency. 2. Development of mechanically strong and electrically steady dielectric material which has a relative dielectric constant of less than 2 and tan 5 of less than 1 x 10 4 in order to improve the ohmic and dielectric loss of CMSAs with slits. 3. Development of the closed measurement system from which the RF power do not leak out in such a way that experimenters are able to research in safety.
