INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SPACE POWER 5-7 June 1989 Aim of the Conference The International Conference on Space Power offers an exciting opportunity to contribute materially to a strengthening of the role of space power in a period of major new outer space developments extending into the 21st century. Conference Topics The submission of presentations describing original and individual work is solicited, although some key survey papers will be invited. The conference will highlight discussions of solar and nuclear space power technologies and systems, both present and advanced; other energy sources and storage; power generation, transmission, and management; automatic control; heat rejection; reliability; safety; and environmental effects. Papers describing future mission concepts involving advanced space power systems designated for the early years of the next century are especially sought.
