The principal results of such irradiations are shown in Fig. 5 [24], The larger area cells used in these irradiations are identical to those used to power the previously described small lunar orbiter [19, 20, 21]. The fact that the ITO/InP cells exhibit radiation resistance comparable to the n/p homojunction cells is encouraging and serves as motivation for additional research efforts.
