technologies, only the SPS produces no nuclear waste, requires no technological breakthroughs, and does not rely on costly energy storage techniques. Development of SPS should begin immediately through internationalcooperation to prevent global warming, and the efforts should be concentrated on 2.45 GHz as the frequency at which power is beamed to the Earth.
