The MPTS with a radially polarized field on the antennas [8] is also promising. One can improve MPTS characteristics by optimizing the phase distribution [9]. The present study deals with the synthesis of amplitude-phase distributions over the transmitting antenna with uniform and radial polarization providing the minimal electricity cost based upon a cost model [4] while minimizing sidelobe levels to meet the 0.01 mW/cm2 USSR medical standard. Our antenna synthesis method has been developed because of this.
