Space Solar Power Review. Vol 11 Num 3&4. 1992

technical-economicai analysis of feasible direction of the research is absent, as well as suggestions concerning the energy transmission from one spacecraft to another one. Space experiments projected by USA and Japan to be accomplished in the coming years will allow specifying a number of problems but by that time it is desirable to have several suggestions concerning subsequent development of these works (including the analysis of mass, heat, fallistiecs, ecological radiotechnological and other aspects of future systems). The problem concerning a moonbase gains special importance. Many investigators have stressed the importance of a moonbase development, though presently there is no analysis of any description of feasible after-effects of the high-power energetics development on the Moon, as not enough attention is paid to the interdependency and the fulfillment of the energetics progress programs on Earth, Moon and in space. Without a solution to these problems all efforts of mankind will be in effective. The global space production remains to be one of great problems, but for the present it is a vague one. Necessity in a space production it’s raw material base, standard ballistic and constructive designs are quite vague ones, but without them it is impossible to analyze the global space energetics development. Even with such a brief and superficial list of problems in comparison to a more detailed as well as more well-founded analysis of the future of mankind, development is to be of great importance and the faster the coordinated international work will starts, people will live more comfortably in the XXI century.
