receiver, the ecological influence of electromagnetic radiation on the environment, the current state of the art in the development of high-power magnetrons and lasers and the question of what is the best frequency (for the beam). The physical processes and technical-economic parameters of these problems and other analogous problems can form the foundation of separate modular models of the lower most third level. An added reason for the analysis of SPS projects by simulation is the following circumstance. Almost all separate elements and subsystems of examined SPS projects are researched in detail and are manufactured on the commercial scale. The mathematical model for each of these elements and subsystems are researched in detail too. Because of this, the optimum way of practical realization of the real SPS project is the optimum choice of elements and subsystem combination. But it is impossible without the use of the mathematical model and corresponding computer analysis system. This means the total mathematical model requires a lot of interconnected different modular models. That is the reason why it is necessary to invite scientists of different professions to use the computer system and give input to the models. The process of developing all these SPS projects is going on quickly and this demands developing dynamic systems of international communication and investigation with the same tempo. The international computer information and analysis system based
