This circumstance may be based for the creation of the international computer system for information and analysis of SPS problems with a help of the Power Committee of International Astronautical Federation for solving the following problems: 1. The creation of the computer information system and the classification of SPS projects. 2. The choice of the common computer language and method for dialogue analysis of SPS problems on the basis of the simulation. This computer system can be used by scientists of different professions for communication and will open up the possibility to organize the international discussed by E-mail in the future.
