Summer camps are so much fun! We get asked every year if we can give away free Mass Drivers, and we have to say:

“Sorry, no. Ours would be really dangerous. *BUT* you can have the kids make their own Mass Drivers. That will be more fun… and a very good teaching example too.”

Ya know… there’s a flamboyant rocket guy who’s been using the Gerard K. O’Neill term “Mass Driver” when he shows his AI generated cartoon of a lunar catapult. It’s neato – pew pew pew!

But we think that seeing real, actual Mass Drivers made by real actual people is pretty cool too. Don’t you?
